Folding Napkins for silverware is a great way to present your cutlery to your guests especially if you want to try and keep the table spacious.

Folding napkins for silverware Step One Lay the napkin flat out in front of you.

Step one:

Lay the napkin out in front of you. If the napkin has a folded over sown seam or labels make sure they are facing upwards to being this fold.

Folding napkins for silverware Step Two fold the napkin in half towards yourself.

Step two:

Fold the napkin in half so the opening is facing you.

Folding napkins for silverware Step Four fold the napkin in half once more making it one quarter of its original size.

Step three:

Fold the napkin in to quarters making sure the opening is in the bottom left.

Folding napkins for silverware Step Five find the corner with all four lose corners and fold the top one back on its self to the opposite side.

Step four:

Fold the top layer back on its self. (Bottom left corner to top right)

Folding napkins for silverware Step Six Flip the entire napkin over.

Step five:

Flip the entire napkin over on to its reverse side. If you flip it from left to right the next step will be easier to follow.

Folding napkins for silverware Step Seven Fold the left side over about one third of the way.

Step six:

Now fold the left hand side about one third of the way over. This side should have a small triangular piece at the bottom.

Folding napkins for silverware Step Eight Fold the right side over and tuck it in to the left hand side fold.

Step seven:

Fold the right hand side over tucking it inside of the small triangular slot on the left.

Step eight:

Flip the napkin over once more and insert your cutlery as you so wish.
